Have you noticed how popular CBD is becoming in the world today? There are many benefits to using CBD and people are finding this out. In fact, if you take a look at the world today, there is much uncertainty going around. There are new diseases and illnesses popping up and people are scrambling around to figure out how to battle these new issues. Many people are turning to natural cures, such as CBD to help battle illnesses. In fact, even though doctors prescribe medications for some health issues, many prefer to use natural remedies to help keep from experiencing the nasty side effects associated with pharmaceutical drugs. This raises many questions, such as CBD oil in Oregon, is it legal?

What is CBD ?

When conducting my research, this was one of the mostly commonly asked questions. Many people who are hearing about CBD products are doing their research on what CBD really is. In fact, if you heard of this all natural substance that is helping manage many illnesses, you would want to do some research on it. Many people are happy to find a natural alternative to harmful drugs. In addition, they know they won’t have to deal with icky side effects.

CBD is a natural chemical compound extracted from the hemp part of the Cannabis Sativa Plant. This part of the plant contains little to no THC. In fact, CBD comes in two varieties for this reason. Some people are sensitive to CBD and this makes it more appealing to those people. CBD comes in an Isolated form for sensitive people. In fact, this isolated form doesn’t contain any THC. THC is the chemical compound in marijuana that causes the high feeling. This high feeling does cause problems like impairment.

In fact, marijuana is illegal in most states. However, it is legal to use hemp derived products that contain 0.3% or less THC. In fact, this is the second form. Full spectrum CBD contains 0.3% or less THC. Unquestionably, you should experiment with this type before deciding whether it is the right kind for you. You need to understand that full spectrum CBD can make you sleepy.

What Are the Side Effects for CBD?

There are very few side effects listed for CBD. In fact, there have been many research cases and studies done to find out these side effects. All the side effects listed are very mild and are no where near as bad as side effects from pharmaceutical drugs. However, keep in mind, every persons body chemistry is different and your side effects may be different from another person.

  • Drowsiness – This is one of the most common side effects of CBD. However, keep in mind, this is mostly for the full spectrum kind of CBD. You should test Full spectrum out before you decide on if it is right for you.
  • Nausea – This is a mild symptom. It is normally caused from your body trying to become used to the foreign substance being introduced to your body. However, most people claim it goes away after a certain amount of time. Unquestionably, this amount of time is when your body gets used to the substance of CBD.

More Side Effects:

  • Change in Appetite – CBD is used for a natural weight loss method. CBD can make you feel full and not have as many cravings. Many people are turning to this natural alternative since it is safe.
  • Dry mouth – Most of the people who participated in studies and research claimed this was the most common side effect experienced. This is due to CBD changing how our saliva is secreted. It is a natural occurrence and easily fixed.
  • Low Blood Pressure – CBD is a natural blood pressure lowering alternative. In fact, if you already have low blood pressure and are considering taking CBD, you must keep an eye on your blood pressure to make sure it doesn’t lower to an unsafe level. If you have high blood pressure, this natural alternative is just right for you. Unquestionably,  talk to your physician if you have low blood pressure before starting any CBD product.
  • Dizziness – In all the research cases and studies provided on the internet, about half of the people experienced this side effect. However, most reported it went away after a certain amount of time. Unquestionably, this is because their body became used to the CBD.

Is CBD legal in All States?

CBD Oil in Oregon

This is a question that is asked daily. It’s a tricky question to answer. Unquestionably, each state has its own set of laws. In order to answer this question, each state would have to be researched. In most cases, yes, CBD oil is legal in certain ways. However, to play it safe, you should always research your own state to find out the laws and limitations on CBD products. For example, some states allow hemp derived products but in order to regulate the use of it, they make it illegal to use in certain ways.

In fact, in Louisiana, you can’t use CBD in food or drinks. This is Louisiana’s way of keeping the use of CBD regulated. Each state has different bi-laws that pertain to CBD. Make sure you read in depth what laws pertain to your research. If you are unsure, you can always talk to someone in your states legislative building. In fact, even if you think you know the answer, still ask someone to be totally sure.

CBD Oil in Oregon, Is it Legal?

In Oregon, like most other states, CBD is legal. In 2018, the Farm Bill removed industrial hemp from the controlled substances list. Unquestionably, this means any CBD product containing less than 0.3% is legal in the state of Oregon. In fact, in the state of Oregon, all retail locations are allowed to sell CBD products as long as they don’t advertise them as dietary supplements.  In addition, it has to be stated on the bottle it contains less than 0.3% THC. All labels must be correct or it is illegal to sell the CBD product. In Oregon, there is no age limit as long as the hemp follows all the regulated guidelines. Many questions are on the internet about CBD Oil in Oregon.

As stated above, if you are not sure about your state laws, always do your research. Ask questions, I cannot stress this enough. Even if you think you know the answer, ask anyway. CBD is such a vast subject and sometimes can be very tricky. It never hurts to verify you know the laws and rules that pertain to CBD products.

What Are the Benefits of CBD?

Unquestionably, there are many listed benefits to taking CBD. In fact, I don’t think i can list all the good things that have been said about CBD. However, keep in mind, CBD products are not a miracle drug or a cure all. CBD is designed to help manage many illnesses, not cure them. With that being said, lets start the amazing list of benefits!

CBD is used to help manage anxiety and depression. CBD binds with our receptors in our body and sends messages to our brain. These messages allow us to help relax and have less episodes with anxiety and depression. In the research and case studies posted online, most participants had more control of their anxiety due to CBD. However, the few that didn’t experience any change, had different body chemistry as the ones that experienced a change.

Seizures – CBD is listed as being able to help manage seizures caused from various illnesses. One of the main illnesses listed is Epilepsy. Many case studies claim more than 60 percent of the participants had less seizures episodes while taking CBD.

Neuroprotective – CBD is said to help control many illnesses such as Alzheimer’s disease, MS, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke.

Pain Relief – CBD is considered a natural remedy to helping control pain and inflammation.

Parting Words:

There is so much information on the internet about CBD Products. However, how do you know what is true and what is not true? It is best to do your own research and compare everything you read. This way you can weed out the truths and the untruths. In addition, talk to your healthcare professional, they can give you some leads on where to look for factual information on CBD. They might even know quite a bit of information themselves.

In fact, for me, reading all the case studies and the research posted on the government sites made it easier for me to understand different aspects of CBD. You can also look at the list of resources writers supply at the end of their articles to get some of ideas of where to look. As a matter of fact, you can read my list to find out more about CBD Oil in Oregon.
