However, I am a very skeptical person and in order to believe something, I have to try it myself. However, before i try something, I always make sure I do research on it. I don’t want to ingest anything I don’t know anything about. In fact, even when a doctor prescribes me medication, I do research on it. I want to see what the side effects are. Since CBD Oil is such a vast subject, there is tons of information available on it. However, you have to be careful on believing what is true and what is false. In fact, that is one problem I see with gathering information on the internet. Some people can post what they think is true, when in fact, it is not. You need to come up with a system you can use to help determine what is factual and what is not true. In fact, for me, looking at several websites and comparing the results is how I tend to make these decisions. However, it is very time consuming and is not for everyone. First, lets go over what CBD is, as many people are not sure what it is.

What is CBD Oil?

Is CBD Oil Legal In New Mexico?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a chemical compound produced by the Cannabis Sativa Plant. CBD oil comes from certain parts of the hemp plant. It comes from the part that contains high levels of Cannabinoids. CBD is non-toxic and all natural. In fact, CBD does not produce the intoxicating, or high feeling, that other cannabis plants do. In addition, CBD is not marijuana. Marijuana is the other part of the plant that does produce the high feeling. This high feeling can cause impairment problems and the is the reason it is still legal in most states in the USA.

CBD comes in two different types. Isolated and full spectrum. The first type, isolated, contains no THC whatsoever. The second type, full spectrum, does contain small amounts of THC. However, the amounts are small and cause no high feeling. In fact, to be legal in the United States, CBD has to contain less than 0.3% THC. One of the main questions today is, how do I know what type of CBD is right for me? The answer to this is simple. Pick one type and start with slow doses. Secondly, slowly add in more in each dose and see if it effects you. If you have strong effects and you don’t like it, you need to switch or lower the dose again.

What is the difference between Isolated and Full Spectrum CBD?

Is CBD Oil Legal In New Mexico?

The main difference between Full spectrum CBD and Isolated CBD is Full Spectrum contains THC. In fact, since THC is present, there are some side effects with taking Full Spectrum. The side effects that are commonly listed are: dry mouth, nausea, change in appetite, dizziness, and feelings of being tired. However, all the case studies and research I read suggest these side effects go away after a certain amount of time taking CBD.  Full Spectrum does have a small chance of showing up on a drug or urine test.

Isolated does not contain any CBD. Therefore, there are only small chances of side effects appearing. In fact, people who work opt for the isolated form. They don’t have to worry about having any surprise side effects popping up. In addition, they don’t have to worry about it showing up on a drug or urine test. Undoubtedly, one of the main reason people who work take isolated CBD is so they do not have to worry about feeling sedate while they are working. This could cause problems at work and get your in trouble with your boss.
