In fact, I am amazed at all information in which is available today. Unquestionably, there are so many websites about CBD oil and CBD products, I didn’t know where to start.

Normally, you can figure out just by comparing what they are all saying and looking it up. I always look at 10 or so websites, compare, and try to find a case study or research to go with it.
In this article we will cover the basics of CBD. I feel that is an important step before talking about the heavy stuff. In fact, many people have posted questions like is CBD oil legal in WV(West Virginia)? We will cover that too. I am going to make this article as simple as possible. Happy reading!
What is CBD?
This is the first question I did research on. I was hearing all the good stuff about CBD. However, I did not know what it was. I found out that CBD is an all natural substance which comes from the Cannabis Sativa plant. In addition, I found out, it is the same plant marijuana comes from. Unquestionably, marijuana and CBD are different and definitely not the same. How is that possible if they come from the same plant? The answer to that is easy. CBD only comes from certain parts of the plant. In fact, CBD is only produced from the flowers, stems, and seeds of the Cannabis Sativa Plant. Marijuana is produced from the rest of the plant.
What makes the rest of the plant different from the flowers, seeds, and stalks? Good question! The reason why the rest of the Cannabis Sativa Plant is different because it contains high levels of THC. Do you know what THC is? THC is the chemical compound in which is present in marijuana. This compound produces the feelings of being high. In addition, it can cause impairment problems. Unquestionably, impairment problems at work or even while driving can be a very bad thing. Not only does it put yourself at risk, but others too. In fact, in most states, marijuana is still illegal.
There are Three types of CBD. One of the types does contain a small amount of THC. However, it does not give you the high feeling or produce the side effects marijuana does. In fact, the side effects are so minor, sometimes they can hardly be noticed. In addition, people who have experienced some kind of side effects, state they go away within a certain amount of time of taking CBD. Do you know the three types of CBD? Let us cover that now!
What Are the Three Types of CBD?
As stated above, there are three types of CBD. In fact, at first, understanding the three types is a bit confusing. I had to do quite a bit of research to figure out the difference. I hope I can explain this as simply as possible. Unquestionably, all three types of CBD come from the same Cannabis Sativa plant. So how are they different. Let me explain.
- Full Spectrum CBD – Full Spectrum CBD contains everything the plant has to offer. In fact, this includes all terpenes, cannabinoids, flavoniods, fatty acids, and THC. Unquestionably, since this type does contain small amounts of THC, it may have side effects that go along with it. Even though most people claim they are very minor, they still may be present. If this type of CBD is to much for you, I would suggest trying one of the other two types.
- Broad Spectrum CBD – Broad Spectrum is much like full spectrum CBD. However, the only difference is it does not contain any THC. In fact, it still contains everything else the Cannabis Sativa Plant has to offer. This includes: terpenes, cannabinoids, flavonoids, and fatty acids. Since it does still contain these other parts of the plant, it can produce some minor side effects. Unquestionably, If you do not like these side effects, I would suggest going with this last type.
- Isolate CBD – Isolate CBD is different from the other two types of CBD. However, they all come from the same plant. The only difference is isolate CBD is pure CBD. It does not contain any cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, fatty acids, or THC. In fact, since there are none of these things present, many people have stated there are no side effects at all. Unquestionably, this choice is best for people who work and are sensitive to THC. In fact, you would not want to take a CBD oil that makes you feel sedate at work. This could lead to some work complications.
If you decide on any either type of CBD that contains all the plant, but do not like the side effects, try taking them before bed. If you take them before bed, you will be asleep and not really feel any of the side effects. Many people opt to do this.
